Please read our terms and condition carefully to make sure we are on the same page.

Your space in class is reserved once full payment has been received. If you cannot attend the course or forgot, unfortunately, your ticket is not refundable. But if you are aware you can't participate in the class, you are welcome to pass your ticket to someone else to take your place! Your spot is not transferrable after the event.

During the classes and workshops, it is your responsibility to maintain and follow all safety precautions and requirements; we do this for your safety. By attending the classes and workshops, you agree in holding full responsibility and liability for any damages, injuries to parties involved and physical and/or personal property that may occur during the class and workshops.

Damien Lucas Sculpture and Byron Bay Sculpture classes hold no personal liability or responsibility for any damage, loss or theft incurred to personal property or any physical injuries obtained during the class and workshops.

COVID 

Our studio is always keeping up to date with Covid safety plans to put your safety first. We are doing our best to keep our small studio sustainable; that's why we are unable to offer refunds. However, if you are unable to attend class due to a Covid -related reason (Feeling unwell, lockdowns), we can give you credit to attend at a later date if we are given 4 days notice. This is to ensure we can pass your spot to someone else.

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICIES

These policies are in place as a courtesy to your teacher Damien, your fellow students, and other staff behind the scenes. Our intimate classes are designed to ensure you have the best experience possible. By purchasing a ticket, you reserve your spot in class and pay the teacher's time, class preparation, materials, logistics and his 20-year experience to guide you step by step according to your needs.

For this reason, if you forget to attend or have a prior commitment, we are unfortunately unable to provide a refund, credit or transfer. 

To start your class, your payment needs to be made via booking online. Just pick your course, add it to the cart, select the cart icon on the top right corner of the website, and you will be able to finalize your payment.

Your seat is secured once we receive full payment, so look out for an automated confirmation email and please make sure you type in the correct email.

Don't forget to set a reminder and double-check the class or workshop dates + times here through our website. Unfortunately, because we have held this spot for you and turned others away, we can not issue credits or refunds if you don't show.
